The 2020 is 96% Cabernet Sauvignon with 4% Merlot, aged 16 months in French oak, half of it new. It shows blackberry, blueberry and fig with sage, graphite and violet, then the dusty, mineral tannin Rutherford is known for and a peppery finish. Built to age, it softens with several years in bottle.
