Tasting profile

Structure: light-bodied, low tannin, medium acidity, dry

Claus Preisinger's Puszta Libre! is a light, juicy red from biodynamically farmed parcels around Lake Neusiedl in Gols, Burgenland, mostly Zweigelt with St. Laurent. Fermented with ambient yeasts and aged briefly in steel and large neutral oak, it is bottled unfined and unfiltered with little sulphur. Expect bright sour cherry, blackberry and violet with a peppery lift and almost no tannin. A glug-glug red to serve lightly chilled and drink young.
