Tasting profile

Structure: medium-bodied, medium acidity, dry

Bandol rosé from Château de la Noblesse, a family estate of about 14 ha at La Cadière-d'Azur. Mourvèdre leads the blend (roughly half), with Grenache and Cinsault, and it is raised in stainless steel without oak. The Mourvèdre gives it more flesh and grip than a typical Provence rosé: strawberry, pomegranate and citrus zest, a velvety mid-palate and a dry, saline finish. Serve at 10–12 °C.
