Tasting profile
Structure: light-bodied, low tannin, high acidity, dry
Boya is the Garcés Silva family's coastal label from Chile's Leyda Valley, where vineyards about 12 km from the Pacific are cooled by the Humboldt current; the name means "buoy". The Pinot Noir is wild-yeast fermented and aged in a mix of stainless steel, old oak and concrete eggs. Cherry, wild raspberry and blood orange with rose petal and a herbal edge, light-bodied with soft tannins and bright, cool-climate acidity: a fresh, crunchy Pinot.
Serving: Serve at 13–15 °C.
