Tasting profile

Structure: light-bodied, low tannin, medium acidity, sweet

Sorì Gramella is the single-vineyard Moscato d'Asti of the Tintero family, from thirty-year-old vines on a steep, south-facing slope at Mango in the Langhe, on clay and limestone. Gently frizzante, low in alcohol (around 5.5%) and sweet, with lively acidity to keep it fresh: white peach and ripe grape, orange blossom and spring wildflowers, a hint of sage and lemon. A delicate, joyful dessert or brunch wine.

Serving: Serve at 6–8 °C.
