A Ventoux AOC red from Terroir Daronton, a label created by a group of Rhône growers working with the Vaucluse cooperative Les Artisans Vignerons. Grenache and Syrah from the slopes below Mont Ventoux, where altitude keeps the fruit fresher than in the southern Rhône plains. Smooth, spicy dark fruit (blackberry, black cherry and plum) with black pepper and a garrigue edge, medium to full-bodied with a rounded finish. An everyday Rhône red.
Serving: Serve at 15–17 °C.
