A single-vineyard Reserve Syrah from Opolo's own Dove Pond Vineyard, the coolest site in their Willow Creek District estate, where marine air off the Templeton Gap and calcareous Linne Calodo soils keep the fruit lifted rather than jammy. Dense black plum and cassis meet violet, anise and white pepper, with toasted oak and baking spice folded in around a velvety, full-bodied frame.
