Tasting profile
Structure: medium-bodied, low tannin, high acidity, dry
A dry Chenin Blanc from Oliver Zeter in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse, one of the few Pfalz producers working seriously with the Loire grape. Quince, apple and melon sit on bright, Riesling-like acidity, with a gently textured mid-palate. It is fresh and approachable young and develops more honeyed notes over a few years.
