Tasting profile
Structure: full-bodied, low tannin, medium acidity, sweet
Muscat de Rivesaltes — a vin doux naturel from Roussillon, made by adding grape spirit mid-ferment to halt it and leave the natural sugar intact. Far fresher and more floral than a barrel-aged fortified, because it is bottled young to protect the aromatics. Serve chilled, and an open bottle keeps for weeks.
