Tasting profile

Structure: light-bodied, low tannin, medium acidity, dry

M&J Becker's Hunter Valley Rosé blends Syrah and Merlot with a lift of Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, from organically farmed Pokolbin vineyards. It is wild-fermented in neutral oak. It tastes of cranberry, strawberry and pink rhubarb, with soft floral notes from the Muscat and a bittersweet caraway edge. The palate is juicy and fresh, a rosé made to drink young.
