Tasting profile
Structure: full-bodied, medium tannin, medium acidity, dry
Laborie's Impossible Red is a Paarl blend of Pinotage and Syrah, the estate at the foot of Paarl Mountain now part of KWV. It is built in the popular South African "coffee" style: dark chocolate, mocha and roasted coffee over ripe blackberry and plum, with a smoky edge, a full, soft body and gentle tannins. A generous, crowd-pleasing red made for drinking in its first few years.
Serving: Serve at 16–18 °C.
