Tasting profile

Structure: light-bodied, high acidity, off-dry

Keller's Limestone Kabinett comes from younger vines in the Abtserde and Kirchspiel at Westhofen, two of Rheinhessen's greatest limestone sites, and the Goldkapsel marks a special selection. It is a fruity-sweet Kabinett in the classic low-alcohol style, around 8%: green apple, pear, lime and white peach with a touch of honey over a chalky core, its sweetness balanced by bright, juicy acidity. Delightful young, it ages well for a decade or more.
