Tasting profile

Structure: light-bodied, medium acidity, off-dry

Faberrebe is a German crossing of Weissburgunder and Müller-Thurgau, bred for reliable ripening in cool sites and rarely seen outside Rheinhessen. At Kabinett level it is light and gently aromatic: pear, apple and citrus with a floral, faintly muscat-scented lift and a touch of residual sweetness against soft acidity. Undemanding by design, best served well chilled and drunk young while the aromatics are fresh.
