Tasting profile
Structure: light-bodied, low tannin, medium acidity, sweet
Innocent Bystander's pink Moscato from Victoria, a lightly sparkling, low-alcohol wine (around 5.5 to 7%) made in the Moscato d'Asti mould from Muscat grapes, with a little black Muscat for the pale pink colour. Juicy and sweet: peach, raspberry, musk and Turkish delight with a fine sparkle and refreshing acidity that keeps it from cloying. Serve well chilled, on its own or with fruit desserts.
