Tasting profile

Structure: medium-bodied, low tannin, medium acidity, dry

Sincere Red is the Danish wine merchant Husted Vin's own-label Pinot Noir, a Napa Valley wine made for it in California; the cellar that makes it is not disclosed. It is made in a ripe, crowd-pleasing style at about 13.5% alcohol: red cherry, raspberry and strawberry with a chocolate, vanilla and mocha gloss from oak, soft tannin and a silky texture. A fruit-forward, approachable Pinot made for drinking within a few years of the vintage.

Serving: Serve at 15–17 °C.
