Tasting profile
Structure: medium-bodied, low tannin, high acidity, dry
Guerrieri's top white from the hills near Pesaro in the northern Marche: 100% Bianchello (Biancame), fermented and aged for about a year in wooden casks. Deep straw-yellow, with yellow apple, lemon peel and white peach, almond and a fennel note. The palate is textured and rounded, kept fresh by bright acidity, and the wood gives it the weight to develop for several years.
Serving: Serve at 9–11 °C.
