Tasting profile
Structure: light-bodied, high acidity, dry
LUX Brut is a non-vintage Spanish sparkling wine from Catalonia. It blends the classic Cava trio of Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo with a little aromatic Gewürztraminer, and is made by the tank (Charmat) method, which is why it is not labelled Cava. Expect a light, fresh brut with crisp orchard and citrus fruit and a floral, faintly exotic lift from the Gewürztraminer.
