Typical of the warm Salento coast at around 15.5% alcohol: ripe blackberry, plum jam and dried cherry with fig, vanilla and sweet spice, a generous, almost velvety palate with soft acidity and rounded tannins, and a warm, cocoa-tinged finish.

Serving: Serve at 16–18 °C.
