A pioneering coastal expression of Mencía, sitting at a midpoint between Pinot Noir and Syrah — broad and dark-fruited, with waves of blackcurrant, black cherry and blackberry over violet, cocoa and crushed stone. Part whole-cluster fermented and aged in Tuscan clay amphora rather than new oak, so the texture stays pure and the chewy tannin does the structural work instead of raw acidity.
