Peter Sisseck's second wine, made from the younger of Dominio de Pingus's old-vine Tinto Fino parcels around La Horra — biodynamically farmed, low-yielding, and given a lighter hand than most of Ribera del Duero. Where the region often reaches for extraction and new oak, Flor is built on precision: dark cherry and plum over cedar, graphite, dried herbs and a fine mineral thread, full-bodied with firm but polished tannin and the acidity the high plateau's cold nights preserve. Serious wine that wears its concentration lightly.
