Tasting profile
Structure: full-bodied, high acidity, dry
A rare white Chinon: 100% Chenin Blanc from the Clos des Aubuis, Christophe Baudry and Jean-Martin Dutour's thin limestone slope, hand-picked and aged about twelve months in barrel. Ripe and generous, with exotic fruit, honey and clove over a taut Chenin backbone, finishing long, chalky and lightly toasted. It drinks well young and gains honeyed depth with several years in bottle.
