Tasting profile
Structure: full-bodied, low tannin, high acidity, dry
Les Coqueries is a dry single-parcel Chenin from Château de Bonnezeaux, revived since 2012 by Guyonne Saclier de la Bâtie and farmed biodynamically on the famous Bonnezeaux slopes, bottled as Vin de France. Electric, rich and tremendously complex, with waves of ripe apple and pear, honey, nougat and baking spice over a mineral backbone.
