Tasting profile

Structure: medium-bodied, medium acidity, dry

Organically farmed Inzolia from the Candido family's hillside vineyards at around 400 m near Camporeale, inland from Palermo. A short cold maceration, a cool fermentation without malolactic and six months in stainless steel keep it fresh: pale straw, with yellow melon, pear and green apple and a round, fruity finish.
