Wyatt's Shiraz

Tasting profile

Structure: full-bodied, medium tannin, medium acidity, dry

An estate-grown Shiraz from Bigibila (formerly Polleters), a small family vineyard planted in 1994 at Moonambel in Victoria's Pyrenees. Pyrenees Shiraz is a warm-days, cool-nights style: ripe blackberry and plum with the region's black pepper, mint and eucalyptus lift, a firm but rounded tannin frame and a savoury, spicy finish. A full-bodied dry red that rewards some years in bottle.
