Tasting profile
Structure: full-bodied, high tannin, medium acidity, dry
An estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon from Bigibila (formerly Polleters), a small family vineyard planted in 1994 at Moonambel in Victoria's Pyrenees, one of the state's classic Cabernet districts. Blackcurrant and mulberry fruit with the region's mint and eucalyptus character, cedar from oak, and firm, fine-grained tannins that soften with age into a savoury, earthy finish. A structured dry red built for the cellar.
