Tasting profile
Structure: medium-bodied, low tannin, high acidity, dry
Les Quarts des Noëls is Benoît Lalanne's Chenin from the lieu-dit adjoining Les Noëls de Montbenault on the Montbenault hillside at Faye-d'Anjou, on light, quartz-rich rhyolite, farmed biodynamically and made without added sulphur. Lighter-framed and precise, with lemon, green apple, pear and white flowers over a saline, stony line; made to be compared with its neighbour.
