The Premium white of the Cancellus range from the Vila Real cooperative in the Douro, a blend of Fernão Pires, Malvasia Fina and Viosinho, partly fermented in French and American oak. Citrus and ripe orchard fruit with floral notes, a light toasty, nutty edge from the barrels and fresh acidity. A rounder, more textured white than the basic Douro branco; best within three or four years of the vintage.
