Tasting profile
Structure: light-bodied, medium acidity, dry
A Blanc de Noir from Weinbau von Salis in Maienfeld: Pinot Noir from the Bündner Herrschaft, destemmed and pressed straight away so the juice stays almost colourless, then fermented and kept like a white wine in stainless steel. It shows delicate red-berry fruit with white peach and pear, a soft, fresh palate and fine minerality. A light, easy-drinking white for the aperitif or lighter Alpine dishes, best in its youth.
Serving: Serve at 8–10 °C.
