Tasting profile
Structure: medium-bodied, high acidity, dry
A varietal Alvarinho from Quinta de Curvos in Forjães, Esposende, in the Cávado valley of the Minho, bottled as Vinho Regional Minho. The vines grow on granite near the Atlantic, beside the Neiva river, and the wine is made in stainless steel. It shows citrus and white peach with riper tropical notes, a floral lift and a saline finish. It has more body and structure than a basic Vinho Verde but keeps the region's bright acidity, and it is best drunk young.
