Tasting profile

Structure: medium-bodied, medium tannin, medium acidity, dry

The varietal-range Cabernet Sauvignon from Pepper Tree, the Hunter Valley winery that sources much of its red fruit from the Limestone Coast. This one is blended from Coonawarra and neighbouring Wrattonbully, both on terra rossa over limestone. Blackcurrant, mulberry and dark plum with the region's minty, cedary lift, medium-bodied with ripe, approachable tannin: an everyday South Australian Cabernet made to drink within a few years.

Serving: Serve at 15–17 °C.
