Tasting profile

Structure: medium-bodied, low tannin, high acidity, dry

Chardonnay from the Seven Springs Vineyard, Evening Land's dry-farmed estate on the volcanic Jory soils of Oregon's Eola-Amity Hills, which the team farms with a Burgundian focus on precision. The wine is aged about eleven months in used French oak and then six months in stainless steel. It is fresh and taut, with nectarine and lemon, savoury notes of rosemary and tarragon, and a subtle nutty and mineral thread. A soft texture leads to a clean, persistent finish.
