Creation's Reserve Chardonnay is a barrel selection from the family estate on the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge, one of the Cape's coolest Chardonnay sites near the Walker Bay coast. Citrus, white peach and grapefruit with toasted hazelnut and a flinty, reductive edge, a rich but taut palate and bright acidity. It rewards several years in bottle as the oak integrates.
