A dry Pinot Noir rosé from the Ribeauvillé cooperative in Alsace, pale and delicate pink in the glass. Hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed and aged a few months on fine lees, it has a fine, fresh nose and a palate of red fruit and white peach with a lightly tangy, refreshing finish. Drink young at 8–10°C with tarte flambée, pizza or grilled meats.
