Tasting profile

Structure: full-bodied, medium tannin, medium acidity, dry

The limited-edition, screen-printed bottling of San Marzano's Sessantanni: Primitivo di Manduria from bush vines over sixty years old on red, iron-rich soils over limestone around San Marzano and Sava. Late-picked grapes are aged about 12 months in French and American barriques. The wine is ripe and soft, with plum and jammy cherry fruit, rounded tannins and a cocoa, coffee and vanilla finish.
