Prestige

Tasting profile

Structure: medium-bodied, high acidity, dry

The Cuvée Prestige of the Beauvignac range from the Pomérols cooperative, a Picpoul de Pinet from vineyards beside the Thau lagoon. Rounder and more layered than the standard bottling, with candied citrus, white flowers and a touch of honey and toasted notes over the grape's bright, lemony acidity and saline finish. A classic partner for shellfish, best enjoyed within a few years of the vintage.
