Raspberry and red plum arrive with real power, framed by fine cedar and vanilla rather than smothered by it, and the tannins come in abundance but stay soft. Cool-climate altitude keeps the whole thing vibrant: it gives pleasure now, but it is built to improve for many years yet, so there is every reason to wait.
